As a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of healthcare experience working directly with patients, Ruthnie understands how physically and emotionally demanding a trip to dialysis, therapy, or a specialist can be. She brings that same compassion and patient-centered approach to every ride. Passengers can expect a calm, unhurried experience, assistance at both doors, and the reassurance of traveling with someone who puts their safety, comfort, and dignity first.

What to Expect From Your Driver

    We confirm the pickup time, destination, and any assistance the rider may need, so there are no surprises on the day of the trip.

    Easy to Recognize

    Your driver arrives in a branded van and introduces themselves before anyone gets in.

    Help at Both Doors

    More than just curb-to-curb service. Your driver escorts the rider inside and waits until they are safely inside before leaving.

    Wheelchairs Secured, Every Trip

    Riders remain in their own wheelchairs, safely secured with a four-point tie-down system in a wheelchair-accessible van equipped with a lift.

Being an owner doesn't mean taking shortcuts. As our team grows, every new driver will be held to the same high standards we set for ourselves.

  • Drivers are background-checked and drug-screened
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Trained in passenger assistance and securement
  • Vehicles inspected on a regular schedule
  • Fully licensed and insured
  • Wheelchairs secured at four points on every trip
