Ambulatory and wheelchair trips are priced as a base fare plus a per-mile rate, with any extras listed separately. Using Medicaid or insurance? Those trips are billed under your plan instead.

Every one-way trip is a base fare plus a rate for each mile the rider is on board. The starting rates for each service are below.
Wheelchair transportation

Minimum $65 one way

How round trips are priced
The ride there and the ride home are each a one-way trip. If the driver waits during the appointment, waiting time is added.

Broker, Medicaid, managed-care and other third-party trips don’t use this rate card. They’re governed by the payer’s agreement, authorization and service level.

Pricing terms
- Mileage is the billable distance for the scheduled trip, with the rider on board.
- These are private-pay rates. Medicaid, managed-care, broker and other contracted trips are billed under their own agreements.
- Tolls, parking, special assistance, extended waiting or unusual trip needs can add to the price.
- Rates can change. You'll get a quote or confirmation before any trip.
- Non-emergency medical transportation is not an ambulance service. In an emergency, call 911.
