What we do

Non-emergency medical transport services

A dialysis run three mornings a week and a one-off discharge home are not the same trip. We plan, staff, and equip them differently.

Ambulatory transport

For riders who can walk and transfer on their own, with a hand from the driver whenever it's wanted. Curb-to-curb or door-to-door.

Wheelchair transport

Hydraulic lift and ramp-equipped vans with four-point securement. Riders stay in their own chair for the whole trip.

Stretcher transport

For riders who can't sit upright for the journey. Trained attendants handle the transfer at both ends.

Dialysis scheduling

Standing appointments on a fixed weekly rotation, with the same drivers wherever we can manage it. Familiarity matters on a three-times-a-week trip.

Hospital discharge

Same-day pickup once the discharge paperwork clears, taking the rider home or on to a rehab or skilled-nursing facility.

Long-distance transfers

Inter-facility and out-of-area transport for specialist care, planned around rest stops and the rider's comfort.

Booking process

How a ride works

  1. 1

    Tell us the trip

Pickup, destination, date and time, and the mobility support the rider needs.

  2. 2

    We confirm coverage

We check the payer or quote the private rate up front, so there's no surprise afterwards.

  3. 3

    The right vehicle is assigned

Ambulatory, wheelchair, or stretcher, matched to the rider rather than to whatever is free.

  4. 4

    Door-to-door assistance

The driver walks the rider in and waits until they're safely inside, then does the same on the return trip.

Fleet & standards

Safety and driver standards

Most of what makes medical transport safe is invisible from the curb: securement training, inspection schedules, and the discipline to turn down a trip we aren’t equipped for. We’d rather say no than improvise with someone’s health.

  • Drivers background-checked and drug-screened
  • CPR and first-aid certified
  • Passenger assistance & securement trained
  • Vehicles inspected on a fixed schedule
  • Fully licensed and insured
  • Wheelchairs secured at four points, every trip
